WE SUPPORT INTERACTION
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to take an active role in our child care centre and regularly discuss what their children are experiencing with our program.
Our centre philosophy statements that we support positive and responsive interactions among the children, parents/guardians and child care providers. Little Bugs Nursery will ensure ongoing communication with parents/guardians about the program and their children. Our staff are always available to engage parents/guardians in conversations and support a positive experience during every interaction.
It is essential for our centre to have an open door policy with our children’s parents. We encourage parents to have positive, open communication with our staff members and share any concerns, ideas or tips regarding their child. All staff will ensure to take any feedback from the parent as constructive feedback and ensure to make any necessary changes where they could possible. Staff will meet with parents every 3 months to assess the child’s development and observations from our side and ensure the parent is aligned.
